As a small creative studio, we do our best to keep our shipping rates as close as possible to the actual cost of sending your order.
Shipping costs can vary slightly depending on the destination, parcel size and weight. For this reason, the final cost may occasionally differ by a few euros. We always do our best to keep any difference to a minimum.
Customs & Import Fees
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes or other fees upon arrival.
These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is placed, we source the vase or container and create your piece by hand. Please allow approximately one week for your order to be made before it is shipped.
Because each piece is handmade, small variations may occur. These are part of what makes your K. Designs piece unique.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your K. Designs piece.
For standard, non-personalised products purchased online, EU consumer rules generally provide a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. Return shipping costs are normally the customer’s responsibility, provided this information is communicated before purchase.
However, made-to-order or clearly personalised items may be excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer rules. As our pieces are made specifically for each order, this exception may apply to your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will always do our best to find a fair solution.
